Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AeroSport UK website at aerosportuk.com and all associated services provided by AeroSport UK ("AeroSport", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services

AeroSport operates an online platform that enables clients to discover, evaluate, and book sessions with certified personal trainers and sports coaches ("Trainers"). AeroSport acts as an intermediary between clients and Trainers and is not itself a party to the training services contract, which is formed directly between the client and the Trainer upon booking confirmation. AeroSport processes payments on behalf of Trainers and provides client support, quality assurance, and dispute resolution services.

2. Account Registration

To book sessions through AeroSport, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at aerosport@atomicmail.io if you suspect unauthorised use of your account. AeroSport reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to Trainer availability and acceptance. A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from AeroSport. Payment is processed at the time of booking and held in escrow until the session is completed. Session fees are released to the Trainer 24 hours after the session, subject to the client not raising a dispute. AeroSport charges a service fee on each transaction, which is displayed clearly before payment. All prices are in GBP and include applicable VAT where indicated.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled session: full refund to the payment method used.
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session: no refund unless the Trainer also cancels or fails to appear.
• Trainer no-shows: full refund issued within 3–5 business days.
• Free trial sessions: may be cancelled at any time up to 2 hours before without charge.
• Prepaid session blocks: unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 30 days of purchase.

5. Health and Safety

Exercise carries inherent risk. By booking sessions through AeroSport, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in physical activity and assume personal responsibility for your own health and safety. You agree to disclose to your Trainer any medical conditions, injuries, or medications that may affect your ability to train safely. AeroSport and its Trainers are not liable for injury or illness arising from training activities unless caused by the proven negligence or misconduct of a Trainer.

6. Trainer Conduct and Verification

All Trainers on the AeroSport platform have been verified by our quality assurance team. However, AeroSport does not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by Trainers beyond what has been directly verified. If you have a concern about a Trainer's conduct, qualifications, or behaviour during a session, please report it to our support team immediately via the platform or by emailing aerosport@atomicmail.io. We take all reports seriously and investigate promptly.

7. Reviews and User Content

After each completed session, clients are invited to leave a review. Reviews must be honest, based on personal experience, and must not contain offensive, defamatory, or false statements. AeroSport reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines. By submitting a review, you grant AeroSport a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use your review content on our platform and in marketing materials.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on aerosportuk.com — including text, images, logos, design elements, and software — is the property of AeroSport UK or its licensors and is protected by UK copyright and intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without prior written permission from AeroSport.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AeroSport's total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our services is limited to the amount you paid to AeroSport in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by UK law.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We encourage you to contact us first to attempt to resolve any dispute informally — most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

11. Changes to These Terms

AeroSport reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, please close your account and discontinue use of the service.
